- Where is the DPW Building located?
We are located at 273 Queen Anne Road. From Route 124 at the 4-way stop, turn west onto Queen Anne Road. We are 1 mile down on the left.
- How do I report a problem (pothole, sign missing, etc...)?

- When will my street be swept?

- Where do I report a street light that is not working?

- Why does the snowplow push all of the snow into my driveway after I shovel it?

- Where do I purchase Disposal Area and Beach stickers?

- How do I report a problem on Route 28 or Route 6?
For problems on State-owned roads, please contact Massachusetts Highway Department at 1-800-635-3590.
- Trees growing into the wires above my house. Who should I call to trim them?
If tree branches are growing into or near electrical wires, do not attempt to trim them yourself. Please contact NSTAR Customer Service at (800) 592-2000.
- The snowplow damaged my property. When will repairs be made?
Please report the damage to our office at (508) 430-7555. Highway personnel will inspect reported damage, and if it is determined that the damage was a result of plowing/sanding operations, repairs will be scheduled as soon as possible. In some cases repairs cannot be made until weather conditions permit.
*** Please note that the Town is not responsible for damage to plantings, irrigation systems, fences, mailboxes, or any other installation placed within the road layout.
- Does the Town provide salt/sand mixture to residents during the winter?
Yes. During the winter months, there is a salt/sand pile located in the southwest corner of the DPW Building's front parking lot for residents to use. You must bring your own container.
